Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Adveo video ads. This policy outlines when and how refunds are provided.
Our Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your video, we'll work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Cancellation Before Delivery
If you need to cancel your order before we begin production:
- Within 1 hour of ordering: Full refund, no questions asked
- After 1 hour but before production starts: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee
- After production has started: Partial refund may be available depending on work completed
After Delivery
Once your videos have been delivered:
- Quality issues: If the video has technical problems (audio issues, rendering errors, etc.), we will re-create it at no charge or provide a full refund.
- Not as described: If the video doesn't match what was discussed or doesn't include elements from your order, we'll revise it or provide a refund.
- Creative differences: If you simply don't like the creative direction, we encourage you to use your included revision(s) first. We'll work with your feedback to improve the video.
Revisions vs. Refunds
We strongly encourage using your included revisions before requesting a refund:
- Single Plan includes 1 revision
- Pack Plan includes 2 revisions
Revisions allow us to adjust the video to better match your vision. Most concerns can be resolved through the revision process.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided when:
- You provided inaccurate or incomplete product information
- You change your mind about needing a video ad after delivery
- Your ad campaign doesn't perform as expected (we create videos, not guaranteed results)
- You've already used the videos in advertising campaigns
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@koncisely.com
- Include your order ID and reason for the refund request
- We'll respond within 24 hours
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
